Description
SUNLU PA12-CF ist ein kohlefaserverstärktes Nylon-12-Filament mit 20 % Carbonfaseranteil für hochfeste, steife und dimensionsstabile Engineering-Bauteile. Das Material bietet eine sehr hohe Wärmeformbeständigkeit von 175±3 °C, niedrige Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme im Vergleich zu PA6, hohe Maßhaltigkeit und eine matte technische Carbon-Oberfläche. Es eignet sich für Strukturteile, Funktionsteile, Vorrichtungen, Werkzeuge, Halterungen, Gehäuse, Drohnenkomponenten, Automotive-Prototypen und industrielle Kleinserien. Aufgrund der Carbonfasern ist eine gehärtete oder abriebfeste Düse erforderlich; das Filament sollte trocken gelagert und möglichst trocken gedruckt werden.
